DTM System Daniel Kujawski spółka jawna (dawniej DTM System spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k.) takes the matter of the privacy seriously and therefore we put into practice 5 important principles concerning this issue:

1. We value the trust of our Users who entrust us their personal data. Therefore we always use personal data in the honest way and in order not to disappoint our Users.
2. Every User has the right to obtain clear information about the way we use their personal data. We always inform in a clear way of the data which we collect and about in what way we use it and whom we transfer it to. We also provide information about the entities which you can contact, if in doubt.
3. In case of doubt connected with our using personal details, we immediately undertake the cooperation in order to resolve such doubts.
4. We will take all justified action to protect data of Users from inadequate usage and appropriately protect them.
5. We follow all applicable regulations concerning data protection and if necessary we shall cooperate with entities dealing with data protection. In case of the lack of the provisions concerning the data protection, we shall act according to widely accepted best practices of the data protection.
